By Scoop Malinowski

Status: LPGA Tour player. Has fourteen pro wins. Rolex world ranking is no. 4.

DOB: November 10, 1993 In: Clamart, France

First Memory Of Golf: I remember just being at the – back in France – just the golf school. I started pretty early, maybe around seven or eight years old. I was going to the golf school at my club. So we were among other kids our age.

Golf Inspirations: Michelle Wie and Tiger Woods.

First Famous Player You Met Or Encountered: Like properly met? I met a few French golfers but I think the first time I got kind of starstruck – I was playing in the junior Solheim Cup and we were able to meet some of the European players in the actual Solheim Cup. So that was pretty cool.

Last Book Read: I just… what did I read… the thing about the octopus, something like, Remarkably Bright Creatures (by Shelby Van Pelt).

Greatest Sports Moment: Winning the Evian Championship (2023, shot four rounds in the 60s and won by six strokes. World ranking improved from 15 to 4 in Women’s World Golf Rankings).

Most Painful Moment: Just losing the US Open a few years ago. One shot back and then I doubled the last.

Favorite Golf Course: Cypress Point (in Pebble Beach, CA). It was like if heaven was a golf course.

Favorite Athletes To Watch: Rafael Nadal. Simone Biles. I use to love Michael Phelps.

Funny Golf Memory: Oh… I got pooped on, on the course, by a bird. (Where?) It was in Spain last year, November, the last tournament in the the season. (It brought you luck?) No! I hit it in the water after that! But my caddie tried to make me feel good. He was like, No, it’s good luck. And then I hit it in the water [smiles].

Favorite Ice Cream Flavor: It’s vanilla.

Embarrassing Golf Memory: Yeah, I mean probably the double at the US Open.

People Qualities Most Admired: I think being genuine. Being kind. And being loyal.

College: Duke University.
